3D displays have really been gaining a lot of hype from the media but many have wondered if it is actually worth the price. A movie that really helped give 3D display technology the spotlight is none other than James Cameron’s Avatar. If I were to say that a 3DTV was worth it for one movie – this would be it. Unfortunately, as of now, the only way to get Avatar 3D in Blu-ray is to post up and wait until the exclusive Panasonic 3DTV bundle pack is released to retailers nationwide.

Luckily, if you’re looking to go this route, it seems that the Panasonic Avatar packs have already begun to appear in Best Buy. No price tag was given for these packs but the release date is pegged for December 1st.
