DTR-5.9 AV

Integra is the first company to produce audio-video receivers specifically designed for custom installers and systems integrators. This time it has come up with the Integra DTR-5.9 A/V Receiver. This new DTR-5.9 A/V receiver has a seven-channel amplifier section rated at 90 Watts per channel into 8 ohms, and 110 Watts into 6 ohms to woo everybody with its performance.

Once you install it in your home you are to experience certain brilliant features like HDMI v.1.3a inputs for up to four high definition a/v sources, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Digital Plus lossless and high resolution audio formats and Audyssey 2EQ room correction and calibration system. These will surely make you feel as to why the Integra DTR-5.9 A/V Receiver is different.

You can see Keith Haas, the Integra Director of Sales, also admits why the Integra DTR-5.9 A/V Receiver is best. He says, “The DTR-5.8 was one of the first products available to custom installers that delivered on the full promise of HDMI v1.3a. The DTR-5.9 ups the ante with the ability to handle more HDMI sources, improved video scaling capabilities, and improved performance at moderate listening levels thanks to Audyssey Dynamic EQ technology. Like all Integra products, it features a class-leading set of integration and control features designed specifically for custom installation, making it easier for dealers and installers to cut job time, reduce customer call-back issues, and improve their bottom line.”

The wide ranges of features associated with the Integra DTR-5.9 A/V Receiver are:

  • Bi-directional RS-232 and Ethernet ports for third party control systems
  • Three programmable 12-volt triggers
  • Dual IR inputs, and three unique assignable IR code sets
  • High power output with low noise
  • Smooth response from 5 Hz to 100 kHz
  • High-quality terrestrial radio tuner with total use of 40 radio presets

The Integra DTR-5.9 A/V Receivers are therefore, one of the best receivers that will let you reconfigure the amplifier channels for bi-amplification of the front left and right audio channels when used with compatible high-end speakers. Buy it in just $800 and enjoy your time!

I bought a new 5.9 integra stereo receiver 4 years ago and it used to shut the hdmi down once every 6 hours. Now it is 6 times an hour it flicks on and off. It is very annoying. I should have complained while it was under warranty. Once every six hours was no big deal. 6 times an hour causes me to miss way too much. Any suggestions for repair or troubleshooting.
