Insignia NS55E560A11 Television Review-Not The Best LED Out There

I’ve seen a few different Insignia televisions, and had a few different results.  Thus I was definitely interested to get a look at the Insignia NS-55E560A11, even if it turned out I was a bit disappointed in this new model from Best Buy’s house brand.

The Insignia NS-55E560A11 is a fifty five inch 1080p LED television that offers a speaker system with SRS TruSurround, one composite/component input, four HDMI ports, one PC input, a headphone jack, one analog audio output, one coaxial digital audio output.

Now, for some reason, I wasn’t happy with the picture on this one.  The sound quality was all right, but something seemed a bit off with the picture.  1080p aside, I don’t know what exactly was wrong here, but something wasn’t quite right.  It almost looked washed out, which was a huge surprise for an LED television.  Also, definitely not happy about the lack of ports and features–short shrift is once again given to older material, though admittedly, you’ll likely want new hardware working with this.

It’s a minor set of problems, no mistake–and seeing as how the folks out at Best Buy want fifteen hundred bucks for it maybe you won’t find the problem I had.  It might be worth your while to have a look, but I don’t recommend you buy it until you’ve had that look at the Insignia NS-55E560A11.
