AT&T recently announced the launch of their Homezone satellite TV service which is capable of recording DISH Network satellite feeds and also has a movies-on-demand download service which is being provided by Movielink. This box is pretty easy on the pocket and costs around USD9.90 a month in addition to Internet and satellite service fee.
