Hitachi is well known for unveiling breathtaking consumer electronic products. Keeping with the latest trend that has captured the minds of people i.e. Ultra Slim TVs, Hitachi rolled out its latest line up of 1.5-inch (35mm) Ultra Thin HDTV’s. The company expects that it is the first to launch Ultra Thin series. The latest line-up is scheduled to hit stores in Japan market in December 2007.

These displays are available in three sizes (32”, 37” and 42”). The Ultra Thin HDTVs are designed keeping discreet, modern, flexible consumers in mind. The 32” panel features a resolution of 1366×768 and will be available in Q1 2008, 37” sports 1920×1080 resolution and is expected to reach the markets in Q2 2008 whereas the largest 42” offers amazing image reproduction at 1920×1080 and will be available in Q2 2008.

The displays feature an external electrode fluorescent lamp (EEFL) for enhanced power efficiency, more accuracy and longer life. A wide viewing angle 178 degrees ensures ideal viewing. The glossy panel is a great piece of art and will adore the decor of your room.

For cinema like quality of images, Ultra Thin HDTV’s feature Hitachi’s Proprietary “Anti-Judder” Technology and “3:2 pull-down correction”. The Picture Master Full HD processes images at a high speed. The audio quality is also outstanding.
