Google working with YouTube to get more recent movies on it

August 30, in software

I’m sure that we know that YouTube is putting out a lot of full-length films, similar to the Hulu.

It would appear that Google is wanting to offer more as far as full-length films are concerned. In fact, they want to talk to Hollywood studios about big-name movies to YouTube, as soon as the films come to DVD.

These rentals would be available for $5, which seems pretty expensive to me. I’m assuming that you can watch them on your computer and find a way to strem them to your TV if possible.
