French Tennis Open being broadcast in 3D

We recently told you that Japanese technologists were planning to broadcast a future World Cup in holographic 3D. That sounds pretty far off considering the scope of the prediction but something much more real is happening right now.

Over in France, the French Tennis Open is being broadcast in 3D marking the first time a “multi-day sporting event in Europe” has been broadcast in 3D, live.
