A partnership between Sharp and DivX has resulted in enabling the Sharp Aquos LE820 TV to play DivX 1080p videos using the TV set’s USB slot. The LE820 boasts of four primary color technology for more sparkling colors (gold, blue and yellow).

The Sharp LE820 is only 1.6” thin where the full-front panel glass extends to meet the slim border for a subtle edge that befits the elegance of a modern home theater. The LE820 is now available in Europe and will enable consumers to easily playback DivX videos up to 1080p HD from the PC or the Internet through the USB slot.
