Dish Network announced today that their Remote Access app is now available for download in the App Store. What does this Remote Access app allow you to do, you ask? Well, it allows you to watch programs both live and recorded on your iPad. Of course, to actually get down on the fun you’re going to need a Slingbox as this is where all the magic happens.

However, if you actually do have a Slingbox then you’ll be able to thumb through Dish Network programming and completely control your DVR straight from your iPad. This means you can do things such as tell your DVR when to record and more.

Again, the app is available for download now so if you’re a Dish Network and have a Slingbox and iPad, then you’re good to go.
