This is the HS1 gaming headset, and it seems to be getting a lot of terrific reviews lately.

There seems to be a thing about having to install the drivers to “avoid the in-line remote control blinking madly at you”. It is made to fit around the ears, which means it is circumaural, which is definitely my new word for the day.

I have heard that the price point is about $99, which is not so bad.
