Just about everyday we tell you of the latest projector offerings from the various hardware manufacturers but not always are the projectors made specifically for home theater use. Luckily, BenQ has come forth today to announce just that with the W1000+ projector.

The W1000+ features a 1920 x 1080 full HD resolution, 2,000 ANSI lumens and a 3,500:1 contrast ratio. On the port side of things we have 2 HDMI, RGB, component, composite, s-video and a wide array of different audio ports. Another selling point of the W1000+ is the fact that it operates at just a 29dB noise level making it an even better solution for home theaters.

Unfortunately there has yet to be a mention of a release date or price point for the W1000+ but as soon as we’re notified, we’ll send it your way.
