Apple has announced that their media streaming box Apple TV has sold 1 million units since its introduction back in September. Despite being somewhat limited compared to other streaming boxes, the device has sold steadily since its release. It helps that it’s just $99 – a lot cheaper than the previous Apple TV.

Apple also revealed that iTunes is now selling and renting 400,000 TV episodes per day, and over 150,000 movies per day.
